A Tasting of Traditional Peruvian Cuisine

Experience the traditional flavors of Peru among the pre-Columbian vessels and plates that held them. In partnership with Pisco Rotisserie & Cevicheria at Liberty Station, attendees will have the opportunity to taste flavors that have formed the base of Peruvian cuisine for thousands of years. With each of the five tastings, Chef Emmanuel Piqueras will discuss the cuisine and flavors and answer questions.

Curator, Christine Knoke Hietbrink, will provide a brief walkthrough of the exhibition prior to the tasting. Limited space, reservations required.
