Family Sunday Pop-Up – Art is for Everyone at San Diego Public Libraries!
Beginning in September, Family Sunday will be hosted at one of three local libraries: City Heights/Weingart, Malcolm X/Valencia Park, and Logan Heights. This free program for all ages includes interactive activities throughout the library, a hands-on art project, musical performances, storytelling, prizes and much more. Each month the Museum partners with local artists and organizations throughout the San Diego region to offer a diverse range of programming tied thematically to the Museum’s permanent collection. Mini Mingei Story Time

Girl Scouts of San Diego Partnership
Mingei International Museum offers Girl Scouts, both troops and individual girls, engaging and interactive experiences within a Museum environment. Participate in unique leadership opportunities, interesting art-making activities and make connections to artists and art forms from all eras and cultures around the world.
