The Museum has placed a temporary moratorium on donations to our permanent collection while the curatorial staff assesses the Museum’s collection and storage capacity. We are grateful for your support of Mingei, but we are unable to review potential donations until this assessment is complete.
As a reminder, we are unable to provide estimates as to the monetary value of an object. For that, we suggest contacting an appraiser. The American Society of Appraisers is a good resource for finding someone with the appropriate expertise.
