ARTIFACT and CRAFT CAFÉ at Mingei are the latest additions to restaurateur Tracy Borkum and Executive Chef Tim Kolanko’s CUCINA family of restaurants. Borkum is known for presenting exceptional food and superior service in imaginatively designed environments, including CUCINA urbana, CUCINA sorella, CUCINA enoteca Del Mar, Newport Beach and Irvine, and URBAN KITCHEN at the Rady Shell at Jacobs Park.

ARTIFACT's menu is crafted by Culinary Directory Tim Kolanko and Chef Tony Coito and is a nod to Mingei’s changing international exhibitions in an environment filled with functional, innovative art, and design.
