As the holiday celebrations begin, A Starry Night invites you into an evening of music illuminated by wonder and quiet beauty. Featuring rarely heard chamber masterworks alongside timeless classics, from Donizetti to the shimmering colors of Ravel to Ian Clarke’s Deep Blue, each work reflects the mystery and radiance of the night sky.
The program culminates with the world premiere of Starry Nights, a new commission by Oliviana Marie, whose music captures the awe we feel when we remember to pause and look toward the heavens. Warm, intimate, and uplifting, A Starry Night offers an opportunity for reflection amid the darkest days of the year.
