Our littlest visitors and their families are invited to explore toddler-centered folk art, craft, and design!
Join us for a special Mini Mingei on February 20, led by San Diego–based artist, entrepreneur, and educator Sabrina Evans, founder of BinaBears. Through her handcrafted keepsake bears made from sentimental clothing, Sabrina helps families preserve memories and process grief with care and intention. Together, we’ll read Together We Remember by Jackie Morera and Kente for Jojo by Bernard Mensah and Elizabeth Zunon, then create memory boxes to take home and keep forever.
Mini Mingei is perfect for parents, grandparents, and caregivers with children ages 2–5. These events are free for Mingei Members. General admission is $12 for one adult and one child (includes Mingei Passport holders). Each additional adult or child is $5.
