Artist, author, and educator Lisa Solomon explores one of the enduring questions in creative practice: Where does art end and craft begin? Drawing from her latest book, Art/Craft/Color, Solomon reflects on the intersections of art, craft, color, and material through her own work and the practices of 20 contemporary makers featured in the publication. She will share how color became a unifying thread throughout the book and discuss the creative process behind assigning each artist a unique color to work with, as well as the gorgeous results that ensued. Copies of Art/Craft/Color will be available for purchase, followed by a book signing.
