Based in San Diego, Nayeli Perez is an illustrator and tattooist whose work draws on nostalgia, Latinx whimsy, and eternal love. Inspired by vintage clip art and neighborhood discoveries, their practice explores connection, embracing, and interlacing through curiosity and intuition. In this workshop, participants will create an award-winning-style badge using vintage ribbon, with the option to add a pin backing or turn it into a wall hanging.
