Mingei International Museum was the only venue for this traveling exhibition celebrating the 2050th anniversary of the centralized and independent Dacian state.  

Documentary publication printed in Bucharest.

The exhibition presented the rich beauty of everyday objects created by 19th century peasant people of Romania—costumes, tapestries, weavings, icons, masks and jewelry.

Joyce Winkel presented a lecture on Romanian folk art.
